We ask about eye health, work habits, allergies, dryness, medication and previous lens experience.

Thinking about contact lenses but not sure whether they are for you? We check your eyes, choose a trial lens and calmly teach application. You leave with lenses on your eyes - or with clear next steps.
We ask about eye health, work habits, allergies, dryness, medication and previous lens experience.
We choose power, base curve, diameter and material, then check how the lens sits on the eye.
We go through hygiene, insertion, removal, wearing time and schedule a check-up after your first attempts.
See what the visit looks like, what is worth bringing and when it is better to start with an eye exam. We have gathered the key information in one place.

We start with an interview and exam. We ask about screen work, sport, air conditioning, allergies, dry eyes, medication, current glasses and whether lenses are for everyday, occasional or specific activity use.
Then we check eye parameters, tear film and trial lens fit. Power alone is not enough. Base curve, diameter, material, lens movement and comfort after several minutes all matter.

If you increasingly hold your phone, menu or book farther away, but still want good distance vision, multifocal contact lenses may be a comfortable solution. One lens supports near, intermediate and distance vision.
This is often a good direction for people with presbyopia, usually after 40. During fitting we check eye parameters, choose addition and lens design for your day, teach application and schedule a check-up after first wear.

If you are wearing lenses for the first time, we reserve time for calm instruction. We show how to wash hands, remove a lens from the blister, recognise the correct side and insert or remove it without hurry.
After first wear we schedule a check-up. We assess comfort, sharpness, eye response and whether the wearing mode suits your day. If needed, we change lens type or parameters.
Book contact lens fitting. We will check your eyes, teach application and plan a check-up after your first attempts.

Contact lenses sit directly on the tear film and correct vision without a frame on the face. They can help with myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and presbyopia, but require the right type, material and hygiene.

Acuvue is the brand we most often reach for when fitting contact lenses, especially when eyes dry quickly, you spend a lot of time at screens or you want comfortable daily lenses without compromise.

If previous lenses dried your eyes after a few hours or you felt them all day, CooperVision is often a good direction. Aquaform material retains water inside the lens, not only on the surface.
Pick the salon that suits you - Łokietka 14 or Żelazna 48 - and book a visit. You'll see the difference.
